We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The clean and cozy rooms was so great. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden with plunge pool. The location close to the pier where you find all boats taking you to the islands was convenient for us, and we appreciated the fact that transportation was easily arranged by the staff. Breakfast was delicious and staff were great.
Couldn't stay longer!

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. From the beautifully decorated rooms with exquisite sheets and high thread count to the sumptuous library full of great books, every detail is immaculate. the garden area surrounding the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi is adorned with orchids and comfortable sun loungers.
Although the service is perfect, the staff can sometimes be a bit overwhelming in their personal approach. the only minor issue is that the beach access is not readily available and requires a short walk, but the hotel provides beach umbrellas and beachfront service to make up for it.

The breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh fruit and breads. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with useful tips on how to navigate the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
The noisy street outside of the hotel, which made sleeping more difficult. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, which made it difficult to stay connected. However, overall, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning in the future.

Staying in a hotel close to the pier is always a great advantage for island hopping. the location of this hotel in the cobblestone streets close to the harbor provided all this convenience. the breakfast was fresh, huge, and with delicious entrees, and the room was cozy with useful amenities such as complementary flip-flops. At night, we loved the thoughtful touch of receiving surprise gifts.
The hotel charged more than expected for some private tours, making the overall cost a bit higher.

The hotel had a very welcoming staff and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. the location was great, within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, and shops. the room was spacious and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and beverages in the minibar, and the bathroom had both a stand-up glass shower and a jacuzzi tub.
The additional charge for coffee in the room was a downside, and the car ride to the hotel was long and winding.
